(6/12/07 - KTRK/NEEDVILLE, TX) (KTRK) -- There is new information in the case of a Needville boy accused of setting his high school on fire.
A judge scheduled a hearing for Thursday, during which it could be decided whether the teenager will be released on bond.
The suspect is being held in a detention facility on arson charges. Investigators say he confessed to setting fire to Needville High School last April. No one was hurt, but the fire caused major damages. The judge has yet to decide whether the boy will be tried as an adult.
