Depositions given in Nowak love triangle case

(6/22/07) (KTRK) -- Air Force Captain Colleen Shipman has given a deposition in the attempted kidnapping case against Lisa Nowak.

Shipman arrived at a reporting services office this morning in Florida walking arm in arm with ex-NASA astronaut Bill Oefelein. During the deposition, Nowak's attorney questioned Shipman.

After the deposition, Shipman and Oefelein quickly left in a black SUV.

Nowak stands accused of trying to kidnap Shipman because she viewed shipman as a romantic rival for Oefelein's affection.
