(7/15/07 - KTRK/HOUSTON) (KTRK) -- A shooting victim may be the only one who can explain why he was the target of a gunman.
Neighbors on East 32nd near Cornell in northwest Houston heard a gunshot Saturday night. They found a man lying in the street next to his bike.
No one actually saw the shooting or got a look at the shooter. The man is hospitalized in serious condition.
