(7/16/07 - KTRK/HOUSTON) (KTRK) -- The Harris County Annex Building in downtown Houston had to be evacuated Monday morning because of a fire.
A towel dispenser inside a restroom was set on fire and filled the first floor of the building with smoke.
Damage was contained to the restroom. Arson investigators are looking into who set the fire and why.
