Pedestrian hit by oncoming vehicle

(12/04/07 - KTRK/HOUSTON) (KTRK) -- A man is in critical condition after being hit by a car early this morning.

The 22-year-old was walking down the middle of Highway 90 and was struck by a Sedan around 3am. The impact broke both of his legs and caused severe internal injuries. The young man had to be taken by Life Flight to a hospital.

Missouri City authorities say no charges will be filed against the female driver who hit him.
