HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A person was rescued Friday afternoon after being stuck under a METRO light rail train.
SkyEye HD was overhead as emergency crews pulled a female bike rider from the tracks at Fannin and the Hermann Memorial/Rice University Station in the Texas Medical Center.
After allegedly being struck by the train, the woman was dragged about 50 feet. Her leg was stuck under her bike which was under the front part of the train. Emergency crews cut the bike in half and pulled her out.
The woman was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
