Two injured in motorcycle accident

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police say a motorcycle rider may have been showing off when he crashed his bike landing himself and a female passenger in the hospital.

The couple had pulled out of a parking lot near Highway 146 and S. Main in Baytown when he lost control. Both the driver and passenger were thrown from the bike and suffered head injuries.

Police say neither one were wearing helmets. They were flown to the hospital by Life Flight in serious condition.
