State Rep. Borris Miles indicted

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Harris County prosecutors have issued an arrest warrant for State Representative Borris Miles.

A grand jury today indicted Miles on two counts of deadly conduct. Prosecutors say Miles pulled a gun on a couple at the Saint Regis Hotel and forcibly kissed a married woman.

If convicted, Miles could face up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine.
