There are new details on how much alcohol Tejano singer Emilio Navaira had in his system at the time of his tour bus crash on Easter Sunday.

We were the first to tell you last week that Emilio was intoxicated at time of crash. Now, Eyewitness News has learned he was well over the legal limit.

We are the only ones who have the amended accident report from the Bellaire Police Department. It shows Emilio's blood alcohol content was more than two times the legal limit the morning of the crash.

The amended portion turned in yesterday and made public today shows the result of his alcohol specimen as.19. The legal limit is .08.

The Tejano star was critically injured early Easter Sunday morning when his tour bus slammed into a wall of highway barrels. According to police, Emilio was driving. Seven others on board, including band members, were also injured.

Emilio remains in the hospital, but continues to improve. We've learned his condition will be upgraded soon from fair to good. And his release may be just a couple of weeks away
