HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The National Weather Service confirms it was a tornado that knocked over an 18-wheeler behind the Target in the Heights area.
Fortunately, no one was hurt. The 18-wheeler hit a gas line and caused a leak, forcing customers inside the Target to be evacuated.
That gas line has since been repaired.
