Playing with gun leads to woman being shot

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Gunplay leads to the shooting of a woman in a southeast Houston home.

It happened near Schevers at Southbank. Police say two brothers were playing with a gun earlier this morning when it went off. A girlfriend of the men was shot in the chest. She's in a hospital in serious but stable condition.

Both men were taken in for questioning. It's unclear if charges will be filed.
