Driver walks away from horrific wreck

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The driver of a car on the Katy Freeway feeder road was able to walk away from a horrific accident.

The man was driving westbound on the feeder near Highway 6 around 2am when he lost control of his vehicle, slammed into a light pole and flipped the car. Somehow, he managed to get out of the car unharmed.

The shaken up driver told emergency crews he wasn't sure what happened, but thinks another driver cut him off.
