Woman, dog die in mobile home fire

  

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A woman died in an overnight fire at a mobile home in northwest Harris County.

Around 3am, crews from the Klein Fire Department and The Woodlands Fire Department showed up at the scene off Willow Branch at Willwo Run. Spring and Tomball later assisted. At the time, the mobile home was fully engulfed in flames. There weren't fire hydrants in the area, so water had to be brought it.

A woman and her dog died in the blaze. Some other people had minor injuries, but weren't taken to the hospital. The cause is being investigated.
