Home invasion leads to SWAT standoff

  

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police say a violent, drug related home invasion led to a SWAT standoff in north Houston.

Officers say two suspects told them that they and a third man broke into a house along Hammock near Fulton looking for drugs. Officers say the robbers pistol-whipped one man. All the residents, including a wheelchair-bound man, managed to get out.

Officers took two suspects into custody but one man stayed inside. Police used tear gas to get him out.
