Man injured after being struck by hit-and-run driver

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver who injured a man in southeast Houston last night.

Authorities say the victim was found lying on the road on 75th Street and Capitol. Witnesses say a light blue Dodge Neon hit the man as he crossed the street and kept going. The victim is in serious condition.

Police are talking to witnesses to see if they got a license plate number of the vehicle.
