An eight-year-old girl was hit by a car at a home on 5th Street near Lexington in Stafford
STAFFORD, TX (KTRK) -- Officials say an eight-year-old girl who was hit by a car in Fort Bend County Monday afternoon is going to be OK.
It happened at a home on 5th Street near Lexington in Stafford. The girl was walking backwards when she backed into the car and got knocked down to the ground. The driver saw the girl, so she hit the brakes. The girl suffered cuts on her head and feet, but they weren't life threatening, officials said. The driver stayed on the scene until officials arrived.
