KEMAH, TX (KTRK) -- Kemah city council members will be talking paid parking at tonight's meeting.
For months, residents have complained about the congested parking in the city's entertainment district. Tonight they will consider amending the parking ordinance to possibly include meters. Right now, the ordinance doesn't account for employees taking spots away from customers. The council meeting is at 7pm at Kemah City Hall on Highway 146.
