FRIENDSWOOD, TX (KTRK) -- Despite the recent rain in our area, we still sit in the middle of a drought and now another city has implemented water restrictions.
The city of Friendswood initiated voluntary limitations on outdoor watering. The city urges residents with odd-numbered addresses to water lawns on odd days and even addresses on even days. The city also asked people to temporarily stop washing vehicles at their homes or wash down sidewalks.
