Body found in car behind Cafe Express restaurant in west Houston

  

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A gruesome discovery was made behind a west Houston restaurant.

Police say around 7:30am Tuesday, a body was found in a car behind the Cafe Express on Eldridge Parkway near Buffalo Bayou.

Investigators say it appears the person was shot to death, but they haven't given any more details. The shooting is still under investigation.
