Fight leads to shooting at SE Houston pool hall

  

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A woman was shot and a man was knocked unconscious after a fight outside a pool hall last night.

It happened around 10:30pm outside Slick Willie's on the Gulf Freeway near Garland in southeast Houston.

Police say a suspect pulled out a gun in the parking lot and began firing it. Investigators believe it started after an argument over a game of pool.

One woman was shot in the leg. A man was beaten up and was transported to the hospital in serious condition. The suspect is still on the run.

A fight broke out just yesterday at a different pool hall that left one man dead in northwest Houston.
