HOUSTON (KTRK) -- No charges are expected to be filed after a 76-year-old man was run over and killed Saturday morning.
Police say the victim was in the street on Hartsook near Frey in southeast Houston when he was hit.
The driver stopped. Officials say the victim, whose identity hasn't been released, died at the scene.
At this point, investigators say it looks like it was just an accident.
