LA MARQUE, TX (KTRK) -- An 8-year-old boy riding a motorized scooter was killed Monday evening when he was hit by an SUV in La Marque.
It happened at the intersection of Fannin and West Houston Drive.
Police say the SUV driver had the right of way, and the boy wasn't wearing a helmet.
As of now, no charges have been filed.
No other details were immediately available.
