Investigators said a strange man drove up to the child in a silver 4-door passenger vehicle as he was walking along Plantation Bend Drive at Dulles. Police say the driver stopped the car and offered the boy a ride.

When he declined, police said the man reached out of the passenger side window and snatched the boy by his shirt. The child was able to get away and ran ban back home, where his father called police.

The driver is described as an Asian man between 35 to 40 years old, about 5 foot 8, with black hair and a thin build. He was wearing prescription glasses with a smaller frame, a tan t-shirt and blue jeans. He spoke with a distinct Asian accent and had a bump on the bridge of his nose.
