A 7-year-old boy and two adults from Houston were killed when a tractor-trailer slammed into their vehicle that was stopped on Interstate 30 in Texarkana.

Arkansas State Police said Sunday the crash happened at 2 a.m. Saturday when traffic was stopped on the eastbound side of the highway.

After impact, the victims' vehicle burst into flames and all three were pronounced dead at the scene.

State police identified the dead as 7-year-old Q'Xnstian Marcell Webb, 43-year-old Lumvouris Webb and 52-year-old Charlotte Williams Webb, all of Houston.

A woman in a third vehicle was injured.

Police say the big-rig driver, 22-year-old Johnathan Woodell, was not injured. The crash report didn't list a hometown for Woodell.
