HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The power is finally back on for the residents in Cypress area after a crash caused an outage early this morning.
Investigators say a driver lost control on Copper Grove* near *Heather-Bank* around 1am. He went through two yards, a fence, metal light pole and then a transformer box before fipping his truck and running away. The crash left about 50 homes without power.
CenterPoint is reporting that power has since been restored to all of the homes.
