A Central Texas day care operator has been charged with two new counts of endangering a child in relation to two other children in her care.

Marian Fraser already faced a charge of injury to a child causing death for the March 4 death of 4-month-old Clara Felton, who was found unresponsive in a playpen. Authorities say a toxic amount of Benadryl was found in the child's system. Authorities believe the over-the-counter antihistamine was given to keep her asleep during naptime.

The 49-year-old Fraser was released on bond Thursday. Her attorney, Gerald Villarrial, said she denies wrongdoing.

Waco Police Detective Mike Alston told the Waco Tribune-Herald on Thursday that the investigation was ongoing and could include additional charges that she gave Benadryl to as many as 10 children.
