Man sought after fatal shooting at Dallas restaurant

DALLAS, TX -- Investigators say a man has been fatally shot at a Dallas restaurant during an argument and the attacker then fled.

Dallas police on Monday did not immediately provide details on the fugitive or what sparked the dispute.

Police say the shooting happened Sunday night after two men argued while inside a Mexican restaurant. Authorities say one man went outside to his vehicle, grabbed a handgun and returned to the restaurant and opened fire.

The victim died at a Dallas hospital. His name wasn't immediately released.
