(3/14/07 - KTRK/HOUSTON) (KTRK) -- Several cars were stalled out after being caught in the high water on the feeder road in north Harris County.
The high standing water was off the North Freeway near North Vista. As much as four-inches of rain fell in this area which is notorious for flooding. There were at least three cars stuck in the water during the height of the rain around 10pm.
However, several vehicles made it through with no problem.
