DAYTON, TX (KTRK) -- The city of Dayton is hoping to get some federal cash for Hurricane Ike cleanup.
Look back at the storm that changed SE Texas It's appealing to get reimbursement of $1.6 million from FEMA. The city's first appeal was denied.
