I’m having difficulty in accessing the entry page.

When you click the “Enter” button on the index page, if the new window shows a 404 page error, you may be reaching an incorrect URL.  Please try the following instead:

Although I’m over 18, the entry form tells me I’m under 18 and denies me entry.

Is there a chance that someone in your household who is under 18 has previously registered on a Disney website?  Some of the Disney/ABC pages will place a cookie on your computer hard drive, which will make all future forms think you are below 18.  You can resolve this by clearing your cookies, using the following directions:

I would like to enter the sweepstakes more than once, however when I do so on the same day, an error message tells me this is not possible.

As noted in the Official Rules, multiple sweepstakes entries are permitted, however entrants are limited to one Internet Form entry per person or email address per calendar day.  If you have previously entered within the past calendar day, the system will therefore not accept your next entry until the following calendar day.

Likewise, if multiple persons within the household utilize the same email address, and one such person has already entered the sweepstakes, any subsequent users of the same email address will be unable to submit a second entry until the following calendar day.

Why must I provide an email address as part of my entry?

Entrants must provide a valid email address so that the Sweepstakes Sponsor will have means of contacting the entrant in the event they are a winner.  If your email address associated with your registration has changed, it is your responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing.  To do so, email abcpromotion@abc.com with subject “Address Change/Mary Kay”.
