Livery cab drivers gathered in front of Governor Cuomo's Manhattan office on Sunday to urge him to sign a bill that would legalize some street hails in residential areas.
Police have made one arrest and are seeking a second suspect in a string of livery cab robberies in the Bronx. In two of the crimes, the cab drivers were assaulted or stabbed.
