Police in Fairfield have released surveilance photos from a jewelry store robbery that followed a home invasion in which armed suspects bound and gagged four victims and took two of them to Fairfield to rob the store.
Police say 20-year-old Kevon Ferrell was the man seen on surveillance video opening fire just before 2:30 p.m. at the corner of Bedford Avenue and Carroll Street in Crown Heights.
The officers allegedly kicked down his door, pepper-sprayed him in the face, and took turns punching him and kicking him in front of his mother and two little brothers.
