Eyewitness News reporter and Cancer survivor Stacey Sager discussed genetic testing for the mutation that causes breast and ovarian cancer, that she credits for saving her life. Stacey was joined by Laura Royse, an outreach coordinator for the New York City Outreach Network of Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered (FORCE). FORCE offers a safe environment to discuss all topics related to being at high risk of breast and ovarian cancer, including genetic counseling and prophylactic surgeries.
