The always entertaining and extremely talented trio "Rascal Flatts" sat down with 7online.com.
Their live music special "Rascal Flatts: Nothing Like This Presented by JCPenney" airs this Saturday, March 12th at 9 p.m. on ABC!
The special features their concert from the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota that was back on January 21st.
During the concert, Natasha Bedingfield comes out to perform a duet with lead singer Gary LeVox.
Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney are also celebrating more than 10 years together as a group. Their hits like "What Hurts the Most" and "Life is a Highway" have also crossed over into the pop/rock genre.
They say they are able to stay true to their country roots because, "That lyric in country music is so universal that you know, it just kind of takes on a life of its own," LeVox said.
The group also recently collaborated with pop sensation, Justin Bieber, on the song "That Should be Mine" for his "Never Say Never: Remix Album". Footage from the filming of the music video will also appear in the special. They were even responsible for cutting Bieber's famous locks. "He was kind of like holding a cat, he was scratching, it was crazy," Rooney joked.
Also, some special behind the scenes footage of Rascal Flatts on tour will be shown during the special. "I'm really for them [the fans] excited to see what we do and what we live for," DeMarcus said.
Additionally, Rascal Flatts will be performing on "Good Morning America" this morning!
