We talked to Long Island Congressman Peter King who was leading that fight. Also on the program, we talked about Bernard Kerik's federal indictment and its impact on Rudy Giuliani's presidential campaign.

Governor Spitzer sailed to a record victory last November. But it's been a rough ride for the governor ever since. We talk to him one on one about his controversial plan to grant driver's licenses to illegal immigrants, a look back at his bruising first year in office and his battles in Albany.

Rudy Crew served as the schools chancellor under Rudy Giuliani for four years. The two barely spoke to each other and often took their feud public. Crew now leads Miami schools and has a new book. He talks about fixing the nation's public schools and what he thinks about Giuliani running for president.
We also talked to Teachers Union President Randi Weigarten about the controversial program tying teacher pay to student performance.
