New Apples

Apple iPod Touch with new, thin design, multi-touch display, and 3D graphics.
16GB for $299.

Apple includes a way to change the volume limit on all their new iPods so you can change the maximum volume level before you start listening to your music, or give it to your kids. There's a tutorial on Apple's website that shows you how to do this, and a way to enter a passcode to keep your kids from changing it without your permission.
