October 21, 2009 -- A coyote survived a really wild ride out west.
A car struck the coyote near the Nevada-Utah border.
The coyote got trapped in the car's front bumper and the driver didn't even know.
The wily coyote survived a 600-mile ride to California and was taken to a shelter where it escaped.It hasn't been seen since.
