NEW YORK (WABC) -- It could be one of the most popular movies of the summer, and lines began forming well before midnight to see "The Amazing Spider-Man" when it opened just in time for the Fourth of July holiday.
Sandy Kenyon checked it out, and says that no matter how he feels about the movie, Spidey's success is assured.
In fact, the movie has already made more than $50 million overseas, where it opened last weekend.
Andrew Garfield takes over from Tobey Maguire and proves a very worthy successor. But does the film meet expectations?
Check out Sandy's review.
