NEW YORK (WABC) -- If you use a nightlight, its color could be affecting your mood.
Researchers at Ohio State tested how different colors of light affected hamsters.
They found blue lights had the worst effect on their moods.
White lights were a bit less severe.
Red lights produced the least symptoms of depression.
The hamsters that were in the best mood slept in total darkness.
