NEW YORK (WABC) -- Dogs may be a woman's best friend when it comes to early detection of a common form of cancer.
Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania are training three dogs to sniff out the signature chemical compound that indicates the presence of ovarian cancer.
If they can isolate it, scientists will then work to create an electronic sensor that identifies the same odor.
