NEW YORK (WABC) -- A new study suggests that eating fish may dramatically reduce the risk of rheumatoid arthritis.
Researchers in Sweden reviewed the diets of 32,000 women for more than 10 years.
They found those who ate at least one serving of fatty fish per week were 52% less likely to develop arthritis.
The researchers say the effect is likely due to the omega-3 fatty acids in fish.
