Video: Kangaroo gets loose in airport parking lot

AUSTRALIA (WABC) -- An airport in Australia was hopping when a kangaroo got loose in the parking lot.

The runaway roo leaped around cars, stunning tourists and police at Melbourne Airport until wildlife authorities arrived.

They tranquilized the 3-year-old eastern gray kangaroo and put it in a wildlife rescue van.

The marsupial will be inspected by a vet and then returned to the wild.
