(New York- WABC,Dec. 26, 2006) (WABC) -- Police are searching for a suspect they believe are involved on the Upper East Side.
Police tell Eyewitness News the incident happened in an apartment on Wednesday, December 20th.
A rape victim advocate tells us, the holidays area bad time for security and many buildings in New York City become targets as people are coming and going and visiting friends and family.
The suspect is somewhere between 25 and 35 years old, a slight build. He was reportedly wearing a sweatshirt with a repeating red pattern in it.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
