(New York - WABC, July 14, 2007) (WABC) -- The man accused of attempting to sexually assault a 7-year-old girl last week in Queens is behind bars this Saturday morning.
Eighteen-year-old Dillon Fattori turned himself in Friday night.
The 7-year-old girl said she was yanked off her scooter July 6th near her home in Flushing.
A barking dog reportedly scared the suspect away.
Fattori is charged with attempted criminal sex act and attempted sex abuse of a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
