One injured in three-alarm Bronx fire

Investigators in the Bronx Saturday night continue their search for the cause of a three-alarm fire that tore through an apartment building.

Investigators in the Bronx Saturday night continue their search for the cause of a three-alarm fire that tore through an apartment building.

The fire broke out around 1:30 Saturday morning on the top floor of a five-story building on East 166th Street and Teller Avenue in Morrisania.

It took an hour to bring the fire under control. Emergency crews rushed one person to the hospital in serious condition.

Two firefighters were treated for minor injuries.
