Suspect arrested in alleged babysitter rape

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police say a 21-year-old man was charged with the rape of a babysitter inside an elevator in East Harlem last month.

Kevin Rios was charged with rape and criminal possession of a weapon.

Rios is charged with the rape of a 34-year-old nanny arriving for work in a building on East 105th Street.

The suspect allegedly tackled her in the lobby, pulled her into the elevator and raped her at knife point.
