Man shot dead on streets of Harlem

HARLEM (WABC) -- In Harlem this morning a search for a killer after a man is found dead in the street next to a livery cab.

Eyewitness News is told the 21-year-old man was found shot in the head on Lenox Avenue at 113th Street. Police say he fell beside a livery cab but they are not sure if the livery cab is in any way connected to the crime.

This morning police are scouring the neighborhood for clues. In fact, across the street they found a black baseball hat with the White Sox insignia on it.

Investigators are not entirely sure whether the hat belonged to someone connected to the crime but they are pursuing every lead they can.
