Multiple people shot in Harlem

Six people standing outside -- were shot when bullets flew in Harlem last night.

Six people -- five men and one woman -- were shot when bullets flew in Harlem last night.

Eyewitness News is told the victims were all shot near West 142nd Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard just after 11:30 p.m.

They victims were reportedly standing outside when they were shot.

Officials say the victims -- two 19-year-old men, a 32-year-old man, a 33-year-old man, a 53-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman -- were all rushed to Harlem Hospital. They all had non-life threatening injuries.

Two people were placed in custody, and charges are pending. Their weapons were recovered at the scene.

It was not immediately known what sparked the shooting.
