Man robbed and killed in Coney Island

CONEY ISLAND (WABC) -- Police in Brooklyn are searching for the thieves who may have lured a man to his own death.

24-year-old Daniel Brandt and a friend arrived at the Sea Rise apartments in Coney Island early Sunday at 1 a.m.

Brandt expected to see a woman he had met online, on craigs list.

Instead, police say two gunmen robbed him on the 4th floor of the building and then shot him in the head.
