Son charged with killing elderly father

EAST FLATBUSH (WABC) -- A son is facing murder charges after his father was found stabbed to death in his Brooklyn apartment.

Police responded to a 911 call and found 79-year-old George Ledson dead in his apartment on Avenue K in East Flatbush.

Now, 43-year-old Gary Ledson is charged with murder.

Authorities say the elder Ledson was found by another son, who called police.
